------------------------------------------------- *HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Most
carpets are in stock and ready to ship. Following receipt of your
payment, your order should ship from the mill in Georgia within 48
hours. Delivery time to you will vary depending on your location. In
most cases your order will arrive in 3-5 business days after leaving
the mill. To provide you with the best service possible, please
notify us of any special delivery needs you may
have.
*WHAT IF MY CARPET IS NOT
IN STOCK WHEN I ORDER IT? If your carpet is not in stock
it will be placed on "back order" and assigned an estimated shipping
date. This date can range anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. You
will always be notified of a back order and be given the opportunity
to select another color or product if you choose not to wait.
*WHAT IS THE MINIMUM SIZE I CAN
ORDER? We have carpeted everything from one closet to a
36 floor hotel. At Paragon Carpet Mills no order is too large or
small.
*HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY
ORDER IS READY FOR DELIVERY? The trucking company will
gladly call you before delivery so there are no surprises at your
door. Please understand that due to insurance reasons orders are
"curbside delivery".
*WHAT ABOUT
FREIGHT CHARGES? Paragon Mills services the Continental
United States so freight charges are not included in your price. To
save you money, we recommend that you ship your order "Pre-Paid".
This means that we pre-pay your freight charge and add it to your
bill. Many of our customers find this convenient because they do not
have to worry about arranging payment to the trucking company when
their carpet arrives. Also, because Paragon Mills ships in such
large volume every day, many carriers give us a discount. These
savings are passed along to you when you ship pre-paid. Should you
prefer to pay for the freight upon delivery or you have your own
carrier, we can ship your order "Freight Collect". At Paragon Mills
there are never any hidden charges and you will always know exactly
what your cost is ahead of time.
*I DON'T HAVE A WAREHOUSE, WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY
ORDER? Your order can be delivered to a home, business,
or job site. Most people find it easier to have their order's
delivery instructions marked for a "Will Call". This means that the
trucking termianl in your area will call you when they receive your
order and safely hold it untill you can make arrangements for
pick-up.
*HOW DO I PAY FOR MY
ORDER? Upon placing your order we gladly accept Visa,
Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Personnal/Business
Checks, Certified Checks, and Money Orders.
*CAN I PURCHASE A SPECIFIC CARPET THAT I ALREADY
FOUND? If you have seen carpet in a local store, a
friend's house, on television, or you need an "architect specified"
product, let us quote you a Factory Direct price. Simply check out

get you the products you want!
*HOW CAN I FIND A GOOD CARPET INSTALLER?
A good carpet installer can be found if you take the
time to look for one. You may want to start with your local Yellow
Pages to check the listing for a floor covering workroom. Most
workrooms will receive and install your carpet. Check with a friend,
relative or co-worker and begin networking. Once you have located an
installer it is a good idea to ask for several references and what
type of insurance they have. Check the references by phone or
request to visit the location of the installers finished work.
*WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVATE
INFORMATION AND MAILING LISTS? You can be safely assured
that all personal information you supply us will be used for Paragon
Mills' sales purpose only. We do not reciprocate information or sell
mailing lists to any other companies....EVER!
